Paddy McGuinness, the host of Question of Sport, has recently stunned many with his remarkable transformation, which was a topic of conversation on Scott Mills’s BBC Radio 2 show. Newsreaders Tina Daheley and Ellie Brennan expressed disbelief at his change.
Vernon Kay, a fellow Radio 2 presenter, disclosed that he was not surprised by Paddy’s impressive physique as he was aware of his training routine. Despite initial doubts from others, Paddy confirmed that his physical change was the result of dedication to a fitness program inspired by Andy Frisella’s book, 75 Hard.
The fitness regimen includes 45 minutes of any physical activity, followed by 45 minutes at the gym daily. Additionally, participants must adhere to a diet plan, eliminating alcohol, drinking a gallon of water daily, reading non-fiction, and taking progress photos.
Paddy successfully completed the challenge and shared his journey on Instagram, admitting to neglecting his health previously. He plans to reveal a time-lapse of his transformation and is now seeking new challenges.
Celebrity friends, including Matt Baker and Scarlette Douglas, praised Paddy’s achievement, while radio host Andy Goldstein humorously questioned the authenticity of the transformation.
