“Apple Issues Crucial Update for iPhone Wireless Charging Glitch”

Apple has rolled out a crucial update for new iPhone users to address a wireless charging glitch. The issue is hindering some devices from wirelessly charging, forcing affected users to rely on MagSafe for battery top-ups.

Although Apple states that only a small number of users are impacted, it is recommended for all iPhone owners to ensure their devices are updated.

The update specifically targets the iPhone 17 series, including the Pro and Pro Max models, as well as the iPhone Air, to resolve the charging problem when the battery is nearly depleted, as per Apple’s explanation.

Updating your device is a simple process. Navigate to Settings, tap on General, and select Software Update. Look for the available iOS 26.5.1 update and choose to install immediately or schedule it for overnight installation.

Ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or have sufficient mobile data, as the update file size is substantial at 13.6GB.

Apple enthusiasts can look forward to the upcoming WWDC Developers Conference, commencing on June 8. The event is expected to unveil the new iOS 27 upgrade, bringing a host of innovative features and potentially enhancing the devices’ AI capabilities.
