Police are conducting an urgent inquiry following a reported sexual assault on a man at a bus stop. According to reports, a man in his 30s was allegedly approached from behind by an unfamiliar man who proceeded to touch him before fleeing the scene.
The suspect, described as a white male wearing a blue top, grey joggers, black and white trainers, and a black cap, reportedly groped the victim’s buttocks, made a remark, and then departed on foot. The incident is said to have occurred on Monday, October 13, at 4:15 pm, leaving the victim distressed, as stated by Northumbria Police.
