His wife, Adrienne Jones-McAllister, recounted the tragic event, mentioning that her husband was wearing a heavy chain, which should have been removed before entering the MRI room.
In an emotional account of the incident, Ms. Jones-McAllister described how the machine abruptly pulled her husband in, leading to fatal injuries. Despite efforts to free him, Keith suffered multiple heart attacks and passed away.
