Sky is introducing a new offering for 2026. The TV company has announced the launch of an upgraded plan known as the Ultimate package. This comprehensive plan combines premium channels such as Sky Atlantic, Sky One, and Sky Documentaries with popular streaming services like Netflix and Disney+. Additionally, subscribers will soon have access to HBO Max at no extra cost when it debuts later this week, providing a range of sought-after shows on demand. Furthermore, Sky users can look forward to the inclusion of Hayu later this year, expanding the array of reality TV content available to audiences in the UK.
Ahead of the full Hayu launch scheduled for July, a surprise “Taste of Hayu” update has been rolled out, granting viewers access to more than 150 episodes from some of the platform’s most beloved franchises. Included in this preview are popular shows like Below Deck Mediterranean, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, and Vanderpump Rules.
The early preview of Hayu, termed “Taste of Hayu,” is accessible to Sky Stream and Sky Glass customers with the Ultimate TV package, as well as Sky Q and Sky+ users. Viewers can enjoy selected seasons on demand.
Upon the full launch of Hayu in July, the complete catalog will be unlocked, enabling reality TV enthusiasts to indulge in hundreds of additional series. Moreover, new episodes of major shows will be available on the same day as their US airing, all included within the Sky TV package.
Sky expressed, “Reality fans are in for a treat, with a selection of Hayu’s most talked-about shows now available to watch for Sky TV subscribers. Customers can enjoy select seasons of favorites straight from their homepage, on demand and included within their subscription—offering a taste of what’s to come before the full launch of Hayu on Sky in July.”
Hayu joins Netflix and Disney+ as part of the Ultimate package, with the imminent arrival of HBO Max next week and the full integration of Hayu later in the year.
