“Mysterious 911 Call Preceded Double Murder Tragedy”

Months before the tragic deaths of Monique Tepe and Spencer Tepe in their home, an unidentified woman made a mysterious call to emergency services. The bodies of Monique, 39, and Spencer, 37, were found on December 30 in what authorities believe to be a double murder. Spencer had multiple gunshot wounds, while Monique was shot at least once in the chest.

Concern arose when Spencer, a dentist, did not show up for work, prompting colleagues to check on the Tepe family. They heard children crying inside the home, leading to a welfare check. The couple’s two young children were found distressed but unharmed physically.

In an eerie twist, a 911 call was received on April 15 from the Tepe residence in Columbus, Ohio, reporting a “domestic dispute.” The caller abruptly hung up and later claimed she was fine when contacted by the operator. The woman mentioned a disagreement with her partner but insisted it did not turn physical.

Monique’s brother-in-law expressed skepticism about the call, stating the voice did not resemble Monique’s or anyone known to him. Authorities labeled the call as a “domestic dispute” and concluded that no assistance was required.

Investigators ruled out a murder-suicide and found no signs of forced entry or weapons at the scene. A video of a “person of interest” near the property was released by the Columbus Police Department. The couple, who were close to celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary, were described as loving individuals by Monique’s brother.

A murder investigation is underway, with authorities awaiting coroner’s reports for further insights.
