“Blackpool Council Offers £300 Energy Aid to Eligible Households”

During the upcoming winter, numerous households may qualify for a £300 energy assistance program.

Blackpool Council is providing the energy credit under its Household Support Fund to eligible households. Each local authority administers its version of the Household Support Fund, offering various forms of assistance such as energy support, supermarket vouchers, and cash grants.

Blackpool Council is disbursing £200 in energy aid to qualifying households with one or two individuals, including children. Families with three or more members, including children, may receive £300 in support.

To be eligible for the program, applicants must be facing financial difficulties and struggling to cover their expenses. Proof of recent bank statements for all household members is required.

If you are not a Blackpool resident, it is recommended to check with your local council for support available through the Household Support Fund.
