Members of the Mar-a-Lago golf club associated with former President Donald Trump are reportedly joining forces to expel one of their fellow members after she made an appearance in the Netflix series “Members Only: Palm Beach.”
The show showcases various affluent individuals from Florida, representing both new and old money circles. These socialites navigate complex relationships as they vie for influence in Palm Beach. Rosalyn Yellin, a cast member of the Netflix reality program, is a member of Mar-a-Lago and prominently featured in the series.
While Mar-a-Lago is a key focal point in the show for networking and status in Palm Beach, the club did not permit filming on its premises. Consequently, other club members are allegedly planning to remove Rosalyn from their ranks due to her involvement in the series.
According to insiders cited by Page Six, certain members are discussing submitting a joint letter to request the termination of Rosalyn’s membership. Criticisms of the show include labeling it as “cheesy” and questioning the authenticity and reputation of the cast members in the Palm Beach community.
Rosalyn, who has a strong presence on social media platforms like Instagram, has emphasized her philanthropic efforts at Mar-a-Lago and expressed disappointment at the portrayal of the show, which she believes detracts from her charitable work.
The Netflix series, released at the end of December, also features other cast members like Hilary Musser, Taja Abitbol, Ro-mina Ustayev, and Maria Cozamanis, who have shared personal struggles and experiences on the show. Maria, in particular, explained her emotional moments on the program, attributing them to personal challenges she was facing at the time.
